Since launching in 2008, SnowSeekers has united a community around its love of everything winter in Western Canada.
Our mission at SnowSeekers.ca is simple.
We engage our loyal community with stories, videos, images and social content on skiing, snowboarding, nordic, apres and a host of snow-related travel experiences.
Through this content, we inspire outdoor adventure and travel in Alberta and BC through the winter season.

Short lift lines, homemade cinnamon buns, rad people, sweet stashes and affordable lift passes are the signature to a #SkiNorthBC experience. Our ongoing, seven-year campaign has raised the profile of northern BC ski resorts and destinations, helping to generate an on average 8% annual, year on year increase in skier visits for each of the ski resorts featured in the campaign.
New for 2023-24 — Two destinations, one powerful campaign engaging skiers and snowboarders in a road trip travel experience connecting two of BC's biggest ski resorts, under the #SkitheSilverSun banner. The video, photo, editorial and social media outputs realized a 12.75% social media engagement (industry average is 3%).
Winter in Alberta's north is filled with iconic experiences. #SkiNorthAB showcased these experiences for travelers across seven destinations and 15+ partners, generating a 5% year over year increase in lift pass sales and hotel bookings.
